Dreamforce 18 has come and gone like a whirlwind! It was a fantastic week of events and networking for the team from PS+C Coroma. We have renewed a number of important partnerships including Flosum, Mavenlink, Own Backup, and Auto Rabbit and also found a few new partners to help support our clients. There’s been much time spent with the team from Salesforce Sydney, Melbourne & Perth so we’re looking forward to some exciting developments. Our customers inquired about CPQ, Einstein, Surveys and Form builders so these were all on our to-do list and we researched and gathered new up-to-date information for them. It has been the usual packed week of activities and as usual for Dreamforce it has been go, go, go from arrival on Sunday to flying out Saturday. Looking forward to exciting times and the next 12 months!

Delivery Lead, Operations

and Sales Manager

Working across multiple roles within Coroma has always been one of the great (but challenging) parts of my role, I’m looking forward to seeing how A.I. impacts business process improvement and how the Salesforce platform is integrating to complex business processes without the necessity for complex coding. I also love San Francisco for the great Mexican influence and the shopping – this year I’m also hoping to finally get to the Disney Museum.

Sean (1)

Delivery Lead, Salesforce Accounts
and Business Development

As I’ve been lucky enough to work on some CPQ implementations for our customers, I’m keen to look at what’s on the roadmap for CPQ and I hope to catch up with folks at these sessions to talk more about CPQ and how Coroma can help. I’m looking forward to seeing some great live blues music the San Francisco is famous for can’t wait!

General Manager

of PS + C Coroma

Salesforce has changed considerably over the years growing in both product set and in depth of functionality, I’m looking forward to seeing the growth of the CPQ Product and the expansion of the product set with Integration Cloud.  As always new technology is show-cased first at DreamForce so Einstein and Thunder are definitely on my must visit list!  I’m also keen to see some more of the San Francisco sights and sample the fantastic cuisine that
San Francisco offers.

Chief Security Officer

As Group Security Officer and an avid Salesforce adopter I’m particularly keen to see how Salesforce is responding to the growing vulnerabilities businesses face and how we as a security group, can utilise these as best practices.  I’m particularly interested in the potential exposure areas of Communities, Integration and JavaScripting.  This year I’m also hoping to include Fort Point surfing under the Golden Gate Bridge!
